NCRS Chairman Mr. Lokendra Kumar Shrestha met with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kathmandu Metropolitan City and requested for the implementation of Smoke-Free Policy in Restaurants of Kathmandu valley. The CEO promised to co-operat with NCRS to implement the Smoke-Free Policy effectively especially in Restaurants of the valley saying that it is very much necessary to implement the policy so as to reduce the burden of tobacco ralated disease especially Cancer.
